Is there a mold or setup fee?

A one-time mold fee applies to custom die-struck shapes. It's waived on reorders of the same design.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Just 25 pieces per design — no massive factory minimums.

Can pins glow in the dark?

Yes — glow-in-the-dark enamel is available as an add-on for hard and soft enamel styles.

What packaging options are there?

Standard poly bags are included. Custom-printed backing cards are available for an additional fee.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, rush production is available for an additional fee — just mention your deadline when requesting your quote.

What file formats do you accept?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG is fine too.
