Fine Detail

A tighter weave than embroidery captures small text, thin lines, and gradients that would blur or disappear with thread stitching.

Low Profile

A flat, smooth finish that sits close to the fabric — ideal for lightweight garments where a raised patch would feel bulky.

Sharp & Modern

The clean, crisp look is a favorite for streetwear, tech brands, and logos with detail that needs to stay legible up close.

How It's Made

Five steps, from your artwork to a finished woven patch.

01

Artwork Review

We check your design and flag anything that needs simplifying — though woven can hold far finer detail than embroidery.

02

Weave Programming

Your art is mapped into a weave pattern that controls thread density and direction across the loom.

03

Thread Matching

Colors are matched to your brand palette and shown on a digital proof before production.

04

Weaving

Run on high-density looms for a flat, detailed finish, then trimmed and edge-sealed by hand.

05

Shipped To You

Packed flat in water-resistant sleeves and shipped with tracking, worldwide.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Just 25 pieces per design — there's no massive factory minimum standing between you and a custom patch.

How is woven different from embroidered?

Embroidery stitches thread onto a base fabric, creating a raised texture. Woven patches are made by weaving thread directly into a flat fabric, giving a smoother finish that holds much finer detail.

Can woven handle small text and fine lines?

Yes — this is where woven excels. Fine text, thin outlines, and even subtle gradients typically hold up far better than they would in embroidery.

What's the difference between merrowed and hot-cut edges?

Merrowed edges have a stitched border wrapping the patch for reinforcement — the classic look. Hot-cut edges are heat-sealed instead, allowing for tighter, more intricate shapes.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, rush production is available for an additional fee — just mention your deadline when requesting your quote.

I don't have finished artwork — can you still help?

Absolutely. Send us a rough sketch, a description, or a reference image, and our design team will build a proof from scratch.
