Photo-Real Detail

Full-color dye sublimation reproduces gradients, shading, and fine detail that thread-based patches simply can't recreate.

Fast & Budget-Friendly

No digitizing or thread setup means quicker turnaround and a lower cost per patch, especially for complex, multi-color art.

Flat & Lightweight

A thin, smooth finish that sits flush against fabric — ideal for detailed logos on caps, bags, and event merch.

How It's Made

Four steps, from your artwork to a finished printed patch.

01

Artwork Review

We check your file resolution and color mode to make sure the print comes out sharp and accurate.

02

Color Proofing

Your artwork is color-calibrated and shown on a digital proof before it goes to print.

03

Dye Sublimation

The design is printed directly onto polyester fabric, then heat-pressed so the dye bonds permanently with the fibers.

04

Cutting & Shipping

Each patch is trimmed to shape, edge-finished, packed flat, and shipped with tracking, worldwide.

Before You Order

What's the minimum order quantity?

Just 25 pieces per design — there's no massive factory minimum standing between you and a custom patch.

How is printed different from embroidered or woven?

Printed patches use dye sublimation instead of thread — the design is printed directly onto fabric, so there's no texture, no stitch limits, and unlimited color and gradient support.

Will the print fade over time?

Dye-sublimated ink bonds into the fibers rather than sitting on top, so it holds up well to normal wear and washing, though it's less abrasion-resistant than embroidered thread over many years of heavy use.

What's the difference between merrowed and laser-cut edges?

Merrowed edges have a stitched border wrapping the patch for reinforcement — the classic look. Laser-cut edges are heat-sealed instead, allowing for tighter, more intricate shapes.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, rush production is available for an additional fee — just mention your deadline when requesting your quote.

I don't have finished artwork — can you still help?

Absolutely. Send us a rough sketch, a description, or a reference image, and our design team will build a proof from scratch.
