What's the minimum order quantity?

50 pieces per design. Chenille's tufting setup takes more time to prep than embroidery, so the minimum runs a bit higher.

How many yarn colors can I use?

Up to 8 yarn colors per design. Chenille works best with bold, simple shapes rather than fine detail — we'll help simplify your art if needed.

Can chenille handle small text or fine detail?

Not really — the thickness of the yarn means chenille is best for large letters, numbers, and bold graphics. Our design team will flag anything too fine and suggest a bolder alternative.

Do chenille patches always have a merrowed edge?

Yes — the stitched merrowed border is standard on chenille patches. It wraps and reinforces the felt backing, which keeps the thick yarn edges from fraying.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, rush production is available for an additional fee — just mention your deadline when requesting your quote.

I don't have finished artwork — can you still help?

Absolutely. Send us a rough sketch, a description, or a reference image, and our design team will build a proof from scratch.
